North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences Ambassador Takeover 

What is a Museum Takeover?: UNC Biology Ambassadors organizes a takeover event at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences annually to teach members of the community (including children, parents, and others interested in a short biology lesson) about forensic biology, cell structure, and microbiology.

What do we do?: Ambassadors construct and lead lectures and activities to foster the scientific understanding of our community. Activities included creating microbe shapes with pipe cleaners, pipetting practice, and creating blood with common kitchen ingredients.
